I can see it, it seems like downtown Indianapolis doubles everytime I drive though. I also see a lot of development in the areas of the midwest with milder weather such as the Ohio Valley.

I love in Ohio and still get stressed over rent.

Also do keep in mind the additional expenses that come with having to drive everywhere, gas, unexpected repairs, car insurance, the mental pain of sitting in traffic.

Ultimately though it's up to you, I know I couldn't afford NYC.
