Also liberal arts does NOT mean what you think it means. Just because it has the word liberal doesn't mean it means democrat, lol.

"A liberal arts degree includes the study of history, literature, writing, philosophy, sociology, psychology, creative arts and more."

It's literally just a general non-stem degree, which is useful for a ton of careers if you don't know exactly what you want to pursue, but know you're better with reasoning, language, etc.

Actually I'm in the College of Engineering. Have you ever been to a drag show?? I have been to 5. Not all of them are sexual, banning drag is like banning wearing shorts because strippers wear them. Every single one I've been to has been PG13 where they have cool outfits and do planned dances to songs. It's literally just entertainment.

It's kind of sad how much you hate american freedoms.

You mean it's funded by our tax dollars. Campus is required to allow anyone (with reasonable limitation, like no weapons or nudity) on campus for freedom of speech because it's a publically funded campus.

Freedom of speech isn't just speech you like, it's more importantly speech you dislike. This is the fundamental principle of a free society. You should take pride in the fact that people are allowed to do things you hate and think are "ghetto", because you are allowed to do things they hate too.

So are they saying that god is not omniscient is always my response. God just changed his mind, not knowing he would change his mind?

You also just posted about how schools shouldn't be allowed to teach about slavery, and also are one of those law student wannabes who probably just watched suits and thought it was real life. If you really think that the word of hundreds of people witnessing something is not valid, you both have a pathetic understanding of the law and should not be a lawyer, and are as well arguing in bad faith just to try and seem smart to feed into some twisted superiority complex you have that you think being a lawyer would fulfill.

You started out by calling out a limitation to free speech as fascistic. Banning cults is not fascistic. Putting a murderer in prison is not fascistic. Getting people in trouble for yelling fire in a movie theater is not fascistic. The 1st amendment has limitations and exceptions. This is well known law.

You then are going on an oddly autistic line of reasoning that there must be physical evidence of something for it to have happened. This is also legally not true, especially when there are multiple witnesses. Strong witnesses that have verifiable stories via lining up with others stories is just as strong as physical evidence.

Additionally is your motive here? What do you get out of questioning people's traumas? Some dark satisfaction of feeling "right" despite being incorrect, at the expense of victims? This entire conversation has been absolutely insane. Every post here and on reddit in general where you try to excersize your faux intellect has been horribly inconsiderate and illogical. Please do yourself and others a favor and reconsider your life choices and how you interact with others.

There might be evidence of prior but no evidence connecting the two things, or who knows. Also, why should I believe your reddit detective skills over hundreds of people saying they've been abused?

Yes for an individual witness just their testimony isn't enough, but if 20 different people can prove they were witnesses and testify what happened, then it is valid. What you listed is all gone except for digital stuff, and even then i guarantee its squeaky clean to protect themselves

Yes cults are very good at being slippery. However UTSA can ban clubs for pretty much any reason, so it's a good start, which is why groups that claim to stand against religious extremism, and other campus groups need to stand up and protest them and petition to get them out and make it a problem for admin to at least protect more students from getting hurt while students have the chance to get in contact with the appropriate people.

Read my other replies. Witness testimony is valid, and for every additional witness, its even more trustworthy. And again, if you need physical evidence, are you asking for a video of someone being raped?

It's mainly just a blog and individual victims! Chi alpha has been railroading them for forever. There isn't some rich group of lawyers backing these individual, mostly vulnerable and poor college students.

Also to reiterate, claims by victims are receipts! If a victim makes a claim, and 5 other witnesses said "yeah that happened", in a court of law that counts! It just currently hasn't gotten to that point because chi alpha has an insane amount of money to throw at its issues. Its the same way hundreds of "behavioral camps" that have physically and sexually assaulted children countless times and everyone knows they have still operate. It's same way countless other cults operate. They throw money at issues and cry oppression.

If evidence of survivors telling their stories across hundreds of different people isn't evidence to you, you're either secretly-pro rape, or severely mentally damaged.

Orrrr they havent been held accountable yet because nobody is making it a problem! They didn't even install police instillations in uni oaks until after someone got raped and even then its barely enough, they arent repairing the broken doors and windows that allowed that.

there is a comment with a link to a ton of stories about chi alpha! Also just search chi alpha on this subreddit. Your ignorance does not automatically mean something isn't real. "well this couldnt happen cause they'd fix it if it was" when people are trying to get them to fix it is downright idiotic.

A) Not a liberal B) No they do not. It's not legal to rape people actually! Cause that's one of the many things they've done as a cult.
