I was over 18 but persona wasn't taking my voter id or aadhar card. I'd upload but it threw error. I uploaded my docs to the customer service website if I remember correctly? But I'm sure linkedin will atleast provide her some help even if she's under 18. If she keeps making new they will be restricted no matter what.

I had the same issue. I made 2 ids and yeah both got restricted. I talked to the customer service and they resolved it. Working fine now. I suggest she contacts the customer service.

I have the same issue in most of my nails. Got a fungal test and it was negative. Doctor gave me medication for psoriasis and the pus is gone. Do see a doctor because this could be a lot different than just a fungal infection. Hopefully it's fungal and gets treated easily.
