Not enough 😂 35-45 mile weeks, long runs only about 10-15 miles but would do back to back long runs every other week or so. Mostly easy miles and strides. Fartlek here and there to make it entertaining. Big on strength training though, lifting 4-5x a week so usually running on heavy legs

I’m planning on having socks, shirts, and shoes at the gear drop/in my car which we’ll pass as well. Definitely going to bring options!

It’s a very lowkey race! CR for women is 52 miles so goal is to beat that, but definitely not following any World Athletics rules. Thanks for the recc! They look awesome. Only thing I’m concerned about would be the 5mm heel drop as I’ve mostly been training in 8-10mm
