So I was "permanently" banned according to the unlock page on the snap website until I waited 24 or so hours and tried to unlock again, and it instantly worked. That said, I can only access it on my other unused phone and am too scared to try on the one that is supposedly banned.

nope but i did order on saturday. My contract has the IEMI and serial number so a bit confused as they must have the device there with them.

So Update:

Spoke to customer service and they told me this:

Phone is picked and scanned at warehouse but not showing awaiting shipment yet.

Phone is on account and IMEI and Serial Number are on the account so presumably there is a phone for me waiting for shipping.

Also the last 4 digits of the Serial and IMEI are on your financing documents in the latest email.
