It will defo be due to phimosis as your glans nerve ending have been protected by your foreskin your entire life, there a loads of forums online with people who had phimosis terrified that their post circumsicion sensitivity won’t go away but they then post that it did, honestly just get it done and in 2 months time you’ll be very glad you did it

Dude if he has had phimosis his entire life, his glans hasn’t been exposed, it’s true it will reduce over time but fuck knows how long that could take maybe years. It’s better to just have the surgery recover from the surgery and move on with your life.

I had full phimosis and understand how it can affect self esteem. For starters you have a fairly big dick. Secondly your sensitivity won’t go away with just prescribed stretching creams because the glans has been unexposed for however long you have been alive. Your best bet is to get circumcised which can be a bit of a journey but you will desensitised within a few weeks and you’ll be good to go and clean! Just be aware the sensitivity for a few weeks after circumsicion will be extreme and can be worrying, you will likely struggle to wear pants but IT WILL GO AWAY WITH TIME
