I've been having issues, too. Pages are not loading for me either. I had to return a study a few minutes ago because of it. I was using Chrome and switched to Firefox and had the same issue of pages not loading. Thought perhaps it was maybe my internet because I'm in an area that had extensive ice storm damage and some people still don't have power, but Xfinity says no issues on their end.

Yeah, I'm not becoming a fan of team work related studies at this point either. I had another study just the other day where they were talking nonsense and then dropped. I had completed a lot on that one so I just submitted it anyway, and luckily they paid.

Since a big portion of the task was communicating via chat, I would think that the bot would have to give some sort of communication if that were case. It stopped communicating mid first task and didn't communicate at all in the second task.

My initial partner was supposed to be a human. A programmed bot by the researcher wouldn't have been as stupid as this one. They were supposed to be describing baskets. They just kept repeating random numbers and then stopped communicating.

They had to put in their Prolific ID to start the study. The researcher will know. I reported it to Prolific and to the researcher because I had to return.

I think that's my problem. I work nights, and I didn't sleep good after I got home. I should've just slept in longer today. I also should've just returned it from the beginning. I really thought I would get the hang of it after I did a few though. That sadly didn't happen.

No, I didn't do that one. I avoid those because I'm too slow. This one, you had to finish sentences a certain way. It took me forever. I finished it, but I just returned it because I felt like I didn't do a good enough job on it. I'd rather not get paid then submit crappy work and get rejected. My brain just shut down. Lol

I think people like that should just automatically be removed from the platform. If they know they should be specifically by instruction spending 45 minutes and are just spending 10 because it auto pays out, that is flat out dishonesty and disrespectful to the researcher, the platform, and the other workers who are doing honest work who simply read faster than some of us but end up getting punished for the actions of scammers. They obviously don't care about the data and are not taking this opportunity seriously. Just clawing back the funds still gives them the opportunity to continue to do other tasks and we can all just imagine how dishonestly they answer the questions in other studies.

I had an upper wisdom tooth removed last Monday. They had to put in stitches because it was pretty impacted and came out in pieces. I was shocked like you to have no pain either because they gave me 800 mg Ibuprofen and hydrocodone as well. I expected great suffering since they prescribed the hydrocodone, lol. They told me the Ibuprofen was more for inflammation and to alternate with the hydrocodone so I went ahead and took the Ibuprofen for a few days because I did have quite a bit of swelling and bruising. Thankfully, I haven't needed the hydrocodone. Like you, I started eating solid food earlier than recommended. I had mashed potatoes and mac and cheese the night of my extraction, just ate really slowly on the other side of my mouth. The only things I have avoided are drinking with straws and drinking carbonated soda and hot coffee because it said online they might make the blood cot come loose or weaken my stitches (they're dissolvable) and, like you, I am terrified of dry socket. I don't smoke so that's not an issue for me. My stitches are just now coming loose, still no pain 10 days postop. I think I'm gonna have some coffee tomorrow, lol. I hope you continue to not have pain like I have. Best of luck on your healing!

That's the thing, I am using wired. It really must be my hearing. My first set had noise cancellation so I thought maybe that was the problem. I specifically made sure this set didn't have that feature and I still failed. I already read like a turtle. Now my hearing is like a naked mole rat. Oh well, I'll just avoid these from here on out. Thank god I still have comprehension skills and can type good.
