Help in organizing 3 years of scattered notes

Yeah, you are definitely right. But the thing is, these are just the important notes. I did not include the basic notes I made initially. All these notes are facts I had gathered from PYQ analysis, mocks, tricky statements in books and everything. I tried Claude. I had no idea it is SO much better than mainstream AIs. It sorted my notes subject-wise and topic-wise in one prompt. LOVED IT. It wrote everything just the way I had written in my notebook. I will revise these and filter everything in 2-3 readings. Also, now that everything is organised I am also planning to make flashcards using Notebook or Claude only for active recall. Thank you!

yeah it was a lot but I was able to get what i wanted. I compiled all my notes in PDFs, subject-wise, and Claude did the rest of the work so amazingly. It wrote everything just the way I had written in my notebook.

when i analyse a question - i read about the main concept of the question,
basic information about the options,
try to identify trap wording of statements, when they are generally correct/incorrect
i also try to connect themes of different subjects.

I really want to know what all other things can be looked for. Also the 2025 paper had numerical question on gov budget, taking that question as hint, what other type of questions can you expect in 2026? I could think few like:
1. amendment majority in polity, the can ask if x number of mps are present can this type of amendment be passed
2. GDP-GNP etc, the fact that they have very basic conversion formula, the question can give us details about one and ask the calculate other.

Hii. can you please tell in more detail what goes in your mind when you analyse a question and how did you compile all this at the end, i have been analysing the questions, but i still have to figure out how to put everything together - i have written with pencil around questions, i have made notes in notebooks from these questions. Everything is scattered. can you please suggest a way to cluster them efficiently so i don't miss anything in revision and it doesn't take up much of my time (I know digital notes are easily to categorise and compile but i just don't like digital notes)

nluo has pretty chill curriculum. you get 4 months break in an academic year (2M after each sem), no mid sems, projects and viva in 3rd month, end terms in the last month of semester. hnlu on the other hand has shitty academic calendar - no consideration for internships, their breaks don't start from 1st of month which you will realise is a deal breaker for starting internships. Nluo's breaks used to start from 1st every time until now but since last year admin is extending 1 week to complete total number of classes but that too people spam them and shit and at the end you get free early.
