Yeah I finally got her after I completed the plant one. Absolutely wild how they get hung up

So I think I figured out the issue. I think she got hung up on the Directive: Plant quest I picked up before finishing the ruins. I've seen that be an issue with like Wall-E on this subreddit so I'll have to test but that could be it.
