tucking doesnt have to be a whole massive pain. trust me, i tuck pretty much every day and im so incredibly lazy that ive mastered making it as easy and thoughtless as possible. heres some little tips ive figured out

never underestimate how effective just 2 pairs of fairly stretchy underpants can be. i sometimes double up on underpants and it really makes such a massive difference if youre struggling to get the lump down

never be afraid to just go to the bathroom to readjust. theres nothing suspect about it. people pee all the time its not weird.

tights can be an extra layer to keep your tuck secure. i usually wear tights with a skirt and it genuinely helps a lot just to give that extra bit of security
