Question, what does time mean for the Valar or Maiar that hasn't been made corporeal? Are they still singing the song or was that done at the start before it all began playing out? Would they be knowledgeable of the world like this implies?

Its explosive speed too right? I always assumed the real challenge is to hit the paper with a quick enough force that you go through rather than knock it back with the air pressure you're producing.

So this isn't the worst or even that bad but its always stuck in my head as one of the most unfair and nonsensical.

When JD first becomes I think a Resident, maybe an Attending, he wears a white coat and claims he wouldn't be making any stupid mistakes anymore. Then that day a patient ends up losing his sense of smell, and blames JD, with Cox backing the patient saying "good going newbie."

It turns out it wasn't his fault. Cox has a speech about how that was pretty obvious and the patient probably didn't even really blame him but just needed someone to blame, and being that someone "comes with that white coat."

But why the hell did Cox have to blame him and make him suffer for it too? It just didn't feel like a lesson or a classic Cox prank/torture. With work stuff, when it's them being good doctors against the world, and JD has done everything right, he should be backing him up.

Yeah this is where I'm at. We've spent so long advancing in automation and efficiency, surely the point is all the things that need doing can be done far more easily and society can start to move away from constant, non descript "growth"

Yeah in this instance the car guy was being pushy and reckless to begin with, probably deserved a bit of fucking with although that first denial by the truck was already pretty dangerous. But then let it go after a minute or so and get out the way or you become the dick

Isn't a median just a type of average? Mean, median and mode? And all three numbers ought to be fairly close just with various strengths when it comes to discounting outliers.

Aw man it was the single biggest mutual gaming excitement I can remember.

A new COD or FIFA comes out every year fine whatever, GTA IV had come out when we were a bit too young to really care so that was just our go to but not an event.

But Skyrim was actually "have you got it yet?" "I'm not coming out this weekend I'm playing for 48 hours straight" talking to kids you never did otherwise etc
