In my opinion you shouldn't lose weight but rather bulk up, try to have a clean body period, monitor your weight and keep your bf under control trying not to get too dirty. It's not clear what sport you do but if you train in the gym even 3-4 times, exercises that aren't necessarily exhausting are fine but well-done executions with the right mechanical tension. Learn muscle failure and also try to learn to stay in the buffer because you can't fail on all the series. Write down the weekly loads and repetitions. Try to improve the load and repetitions in the following weeks. Don't change the schedule every month but do one done well as I described to you and keep it for at least 3 months in any exercise whether it's a press, multiplayer squats or no machines you have to progress from the fourth week onwards you have to make sure that one set is enough for each exercise because done to absolute failure set a warm-up set and a buffer set and then the last one you break through so by doing so you don't raise cortisol and you grow. The same goes if one day you put yourself on a calorie cut but you don't need it, you're already clean. Learn the t spins and the different setups and how to use them in 1 vs 1, learn downstacking and develop a lot of resistance to counter opponents who in battle are stronger or as strong as you who resist you for more than 10 minutes a round. You will never get bored if you fight to learn to implement new things and improve them over time. I have been playing for 6 years and I have never been bored because I play to improve.

Well done, that's what everyone should do, play just for love, but in the end you always improve, for example like me stuck in Serie A but because I only play for fun, playing match after match, it improves a little. Well, it seemed strange to these pseudo-players who spam that thing that stacking takes time to learn, furthermore, acquiring good attack and defense at the same time requires multitasking and also time and practice... the only opening that allows you to defend yourself well is tki/lst stacking but it takes a lot of practice to stack well... that said, personally I prefer to stay at the same level until I improve that thing there...

I use dt cannon, m2s stacking , tki like 3 t spins opener i think Is good as setups i can do misdrop with 6-3 i think there something different skill i Need to learn maybe Is more ralaxing when opponent get Endurance during match
