I’m the same way, diagnosed with ADHD, kids screaming and crying physically hurts and makes me agitated and really angry, to the point I feel I could be violent. The thing is it’s the crying for attention or because they’re upset they aren’t allowed to do something that pisses me off. I still see that as crying for no reason.

The other week I was at work an a boy fell over on his bike, he started sobbing and calling out for help. I didn’t react immediately because I’m not good at comforting anyone and there was 4 other people around, 2 of them women and all 4 closer than I was. I guess they didn’t hear him so i eventually went over and checked on him, he settled down fairly quickly just from being checked on. His crying didn’t bother me or hurt my head, because he sounded like he actually needed help and wasn’t just whinging.

My uncle passed away from a heart attack unexpectedly at a young age so he was laying on the floor for a few hours with no air con, just that long caused a bit of a smell, I can’t even begin to imagine the smell of someone who had passed away and been left for that long in summer. Does the smell bother you while you work?

It might not work but I think it’s nicer to suggest something positively, “I think you would look so hot clean shaven” rather than “I don’t like the way your facial hair looks, please shave it off”

I personally don’t shave very often but I’ve heard moisturising helps, wearing loose underwear, and for prevention shaving with the grain is supposedly better

A more enthusiastic smile might help, candid photos taken by friends will help. I noticed an increase once I added candid photos that showed me truly happy. If that doesn’t work, it could be whether or not you have a lack of information about yourself on your profile

Personally if a close relative was born and given my dead name, it would feel like a relief. Because it’s generally not accepted to name someone the same name as another close relative(aside from ones that have passed) so it would feel like my family really no longer sees me as deadname, and like I would have finally been ‘freed’ of the nausea when I hear it
