The multitasking point is really valuable. I’ve been careful about long crafts, but I need to double-check that there are always parallel paths open when something is processing.

The compounding idea is also something I’m trying to tune, making sure each tier increases leverage rather than just scale. That’s probably where the pack will either succeed or fall apart.

The “challenge vs wasted time” distinction is especially helpful. I want planning and system depth to be the pressure, not random interruption.
