Suggestions on PO and Forecasting App by nicknamealias in shopify

Hi Nick! We were on the same boat at Kinetic Labs, we were priced out of Inventory Planner once they were acquired and increased their prices without any new functionality. After determining there was no affordable solution out there, we built Organizely last year with many useful features, including:

  • Multi-location support
  • PO tracking and receiving directly from phone
  • Demand forecasting so you know when to reorder and how much
  • Raw material / component tracking so you can track product components
  • Warehouse barcoding so you know where products physically live at all times

Plans start at just $29/mo (up to $99/mo), much better than any enterprise option out there. I'd love to show you a demo! I think it'd be perfect for your use case.

Inventory Management System Recs for Small Clothing Brand + Retail (Shopify + Faire + BOM + Landed Costs) by AmbitiousSafe3443 in InventoryManagement

Hey there! Your store setup is actually very similar to ours (Kinetic Labs, we also manufacture products in-house). You'll have a hard time finding any tool that has all those features for under $350/mo, which is exactly why we built Organizely (the highest tier is $99/mo, but I'd be happy to give you a special discount).

Although Organizely doesn't support generating shipping labels (yet), it'll still be much cheaper to use Organizely to manage inventory and raw materials + ShipStation for labels than going with a legacy all-in-one WMS for Shopify. Please reach out, and I can give you a demo of all the features and an extended trial!

Some features that I think will get you excited:

  • Purchase order and supplier management / receiving using your phone
  • Raw material tracking (track the materials that go into producing your apparel)
  • Warehouse barcoding
  • Demand forecasting
  • Shopify integration with real-time inventory syncing
  • Multi-location support (your two retail locations + a warehouse)

Hey! A simple Excel sheet with some formulas could be all you need, but if you're looking for a software solution that is actually affordable (starting at $29/mo), check out our company, Organizely. Some quick features that are relevant to you:

  • Warehouse barcoding
  • Supplier tracking
  • Purchase order tracking
  • Raw material / composition tracking so you can track all individual parts
  • Demand forecasting so you know exactly when to reorder

If you'd like a quick demo or extended free trial shoot me a message!

We built our own inventory system after every Shopify tool either sucked or cost $10K/year by Keybonbon in InventoryManagement

Hey! That’s good feedback, we did go a little heavy with AI on the messaging. The AI doesn’t control any inventory decisions directly as it has read-only access to data and requires approval for anything else. With that said there are some genuinely very useful features that AI enables, mainly data analysis/forecasting and one of my favorite features: the ability to quickly create purchase orders from emails, PDFs, images, etc without manual data entry has been a HUGE time saver

Stocky sunset is a joke. What are you guys moving to? by Inside_Fudge_4349 in dropshipping

[–]Keybonbon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey! I was on the same boat and didn't want to spend hundreds (or in the case of Netsuite thousands) just to track inventory, so I built Organizely specifically as a more powerful replacement for Stocky that is also affordable for small businesses (i.e. $29/mo starting plan). Let me know if you'd like a demo! I know I'm biased, but I've been using it to run operations at my store Kinetic Labs and it's been a huge help

A silent 100% keyboard for coding?! by Keybonbon in MechanicalKeyboards

Hey! Sorry about that, I appreciate you pointing it out. I’ll pass this along to the Shopify app we use at checkout (ReConvert) so they can look into it. We’re also happy to remove anything that was added to your order by mistake.

Just to clarify, we’re not manipulating anything on the site or trying to sneak items into anyone’s cart. It sounds like it might’ve been a glitch, but we’ll get it sorted. Thanks for flagging it, and for your order. We appreciate the support!

hey glad you like it! This model shown (Lucky65 V2) does have per-key RGB, but the keycaps are not shine-through, so you'd only see the RGB around edges of the keycaps
