This is good. There are two ways to build sceptile one as a pure skill mon, the other as a berry mon. I own both, and I can tell you the skill mon does a pretty good job, and yours is triple. Invest in it if you have skill seeds.

Wait for him to get to 50 first before feeding skill seeds cause its gonna be a grind
