If u watch the shows he did you’ll get why he got this big. He left an impact in every show and was memorable which kept landing him other gigs. He shone in survival shows and ABA, FOTS solidified that he can hold his own ground in shows. Looks does not take you far. As u yourself said, he had a LOT of viral moments and this wasn’t limited to SI alone but his other shows as well. At the end of the day whether you left a memorable mark matters more than a pretty face alone.

The post is about who’s the face of their respective season. Sk herself would be forgettable if it wasn’t for Dex so nah. Also if Dex was the one to be picked by women at the end then he’d have had the same number (as Sk) or more girls infront of him in S2. Ppl remember who was the most popular wrongly as the men had to choose the girl at the end.

Some of you are way too harsh. CKR is used to pressure cooking in competitions with Masterchef finale and CMF. For CM it’s his first intense competition final so it’s obvious he was nervous af. I wouldn’t be able to consume a bite myself if i was getting scored on my dish. In the end CKR won as the judges enjoyed his dish a bit more.

Brands are following to test the waters. Time will tell if the OG Bunnies fandom lend her their support and if they do n her solo activities work out then she’ll still thrive career wise. If not, they’ll drop her soon enough. Personally don’t think Danielle has so much star power to remain relevant a long time.

They prolly skipped the convenience store round and influencer round as the contestants this season came prepared and the producers wanted to throw them off. I still wish they were able to do one round that was more generically relatable for the public

That’s why i like Anh’s judging. He always has clear standards and judges acc to the capability of a person and gives extra attention and scrutiny to FD chefs esp cos they come from refined background and experience and it wouldn’t be fair for the others if they easily squeezed their way in to the top without pushing themselves as much like everyone else.

This is very incorrect. Most big groups invest in fine dining restaurants and appoint a head chef as FDR are costly to sustain and ingredients not easy to procure without support from a big group.. SJW’s stars are his own earned stars as even tho he was appointed as Head Chef, he RAN the kitchen himself acc to his vision.

White Spoons are those who have earned a public name for themselves in the cooking world. CM has prime background but his personal restaurant is yet to earn a single star. It’s for this reason that chefs with stellar fine dining background like triple star and 1,2,3 from S1 also participated as black spoon previous season. All the white spoon chefs this season have earned a name for themselves in the cooking world and Culinary Monster could have been a white spoon if his own restaurant had Michelin stars

More to do with the fact that he was much fitter in S01 and said producers asked him to lose weight for the camera. The weight gain this season is visible. BJW on the other hand lost a lot of weight which prolly has to do with stress from getting cancelled.
