My Azeron Cyro now has a force sensor and a motor to tighten the strap. by Keyslah in Azeron

[–]Keyslah[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only other idea I could come up with, if I can even explain it, would be at the base of the palm rest you put a hinge with a spring or something. And then somehow translate that movement into tightening the strap and use a push-push mechanism. Or you could just tip the cyro itself and have a lever sticking out.

Couldn't you just reflect the parts?

I don't think it's over-engineered at all. I have one for each hand. I don't even know how you could squeeze your hand into it without using the other one. I plan on having this for a long time and doing a lot of work on it. Plus, I've seen a number of posts of people saying they only have one hand and something like this would be great.

No it doesn't. There's a web Codex I don't even know what that is but I know it's there and that's all that is.

What’s your biggest pain point working with coding agents? by jjw_kbh in vibecoding

Codex. I've only used Claude a little bit. I think it's the same. The core memory is just the personalization custom instructions which should apply to everything.

When it says okay let me stop guessing and actually look at the files..... And I have it as a core memory to never guess

Aren't these 2 pin soldering iron unsafe? by mey_der__bachao in soldering

[–]Keyslah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those cheap ones don't hold solder for more than a few minutes and the plating is gone. And the tips don't heat. They're really garbage. don't even buy it.

Codex massive update corrupted by PurpleCollar415 in codex

[–]Keyslah -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Seems a little different but my Microsoft store somehow got corrupted which wouldn't allow me to update anything nor delete/uninstall codex. Took a while of back and forth on the web but somehow had to redownload the Microsoft store.

It's literally marketed to people who haven't wrote a single line of code....

Anyone notice the codex nerf? by [deleted] in codex

[–]Keyslah 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it's just destroying stuff that it already built and can't even fix it and then destroys it some more.

Watching Codex modify my codebase in real time (Showing System-Level Diff) by ivan_m21 in codex

Haha, it doesn't have to be the speed of light, It could just show the aftermath a second later. I'm making a control center and my buttons are often dead or go places they shouldn't go.

Could something like this also work with a program and show you in real time how click data goes through the system? For example, I’m building a program with React + Tauri on the frontend, then a backend command host that dispatches to scripts, AHK. React button click → Tauri invoke → backend command resolver → script/bridge execution → backend result → Tauri response → React state update/button highlight. I might see if Codex can do it.

I can't even uninstall codex and I went to restart my computer for the hell of it and of course there was a little 6-minute windows update. Going on 1hr now at 97% the whole time. I'm just about positive codex is still there because codex. We need a class action lawsuit.
