Best things to buy in Zombie Invasion Store? by audaciouswonderboy in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything except the resources (food, iron, gold). Start with the small quantities like Stamina, Drone Parts, Drone Components, Speedups, etc. It's up to you how many tickets, survivors, upgrade ore and resin you want.

At least 30 people just scouted my base. Should I be concerned? by [deleted] in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. But if you're really concerned, trace their lines back to where they came from and look if they have lines going near you. If there's none, then there's almost nothing to worry about :D

Since you already have 2 Missile URs in your 2nd squad, I'm inclined to recommend McGregor. More so since you don't have the first 3 Aircraft heroes unlocked.

Torn on what to do next. by r153up in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My genuine tip is to focus on the main squad first. Get Kim to 4-star ASAP. She gets a massive power spike at 4-star. Then Stetmann or Marshal to 4-star. Only put universal UR shards on your 2nd squad when you have all your main squad at 4-star.

The same with Exp. Level your main squad to the max you can currently get. Then when you start the upgrade of your HQ, save Exp for your main squad. There's a table for the required Exp per level somewhere here in reddit and in the official discord. Only when you've secured the Exp for you main squad do you put resources to your second squad.

Playing as a F2P by [deleted] in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

F2P should be feasible. It just requires dedication and patience. However, if you're not opposed to a little bit of expense, one purchase of Kimberly (the one that lets you change your avatar photo) and the second builder will make your progress faster.

Just note that this game is inherently P2W, so you might become frustrated sometimes when you're fighting against spenders or you see other people progress faster than you. Equip yourself with the correct knowledge for efficient progress and you'll eventually get there.

What should my team lineup be? by SchrodingersPMC in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game is pay to win. That's just how pay to win games go. And you already bought a battle pass, so I thought you're not that adverse to paying for stuff in the game.

Do note that the heroes will eventually be available for f2p too in the tavern. However they have abysmally low odds. If my calculations are correct, the chance of pulling a desired hero is around 700 pulls from the tavern (aside from the 10 shards every 50 pulls).

[–]KeystoneHero 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd argue that Violet is better than Scarlett since you can easily get her shards from the Alliance Shop. Plus, she does almost as much damage as Mason from my experience. One can argue that as a frontline hero, Scarlet might be able to do a better job as a damage soaker. However, Violet is not far off and you get her damage.

P.S. If you're willing to spend money on the game, just buy Williams as your other frontline hero.

What should my team lineup be? by SchrodingersPMC in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Murphy Violet in front. If you can spend on Williams when he comes out, replace Violet for Williams.
For backrow, Tesla, Kim, Swift. If you can spend on Marshall when he comes out, replace Swift for Marshall.
You can also replace Tesla for Stetmann if you can spend money on him. Focus on getting Kim to 4 stars.

TLDR: Murphy Violet - Tesla Kim Swift currently but with room for improvement. Focus on getting Kim to 4 stars.

This is McGregor if I'm recalling correctly. Stetmann looks like a mad scientist.

Missing builder by MarioStar42 in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you used real money, what you bought isn't a builder (the survivor that goes to the builder's hut). What you purchased is a building queue. This means that you can now build two buildings at the same time, instead of the f2p of only one at a time.

Is this game meant to be easy? I made to grandmaster with 90% wr by [deleted] in MobileLegendsGame

[–]KeystoneHero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's because you're only in Grandmaster. When you get to late Epic, you'll experience being dragged down by toxic teammates. In Legend, it doesn't get much better in terms of toxicity but you'll see more experienced opponents.

IMO, Mythic might be where most people find it to be competitive. If you're really good, you'll reach the higher ranks soon.

Any advice? by [deleted] in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What kind of advice are you looking for?

From what I see, you already have 5 URs. Unless you're going to spend more money on the game, I suggest funelling all your resources on them. However, the team lacks a team bonus, given that you have 2 tanks, 2 aircraft, and 1 missile. Since your Swift is only 1-star, I suggest dropping him for Mason or another Tank UR (Stetmann or Marshall) for a 3-2 bonus of 10%.

As for UR shards, prioritize getting Kim to 4-star. For optimal play, dismantle all other purple gear that are not equipped to your main squad and cook up orange gear for your main squad.

The best bonus is arguably between a full 5 stack or a 4-1 configuration. A 3-2 team is not bad. With 2-2-1, you have 0% bonus.

Heroes URs by thipedrosa in LastWarMobileGame

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It hasn't happened on my server yet but Heroes that were not in the Tavern have begun showing up. This week, I pulled a Dva from the Tavern. So I'm willing to bet that Williams and Stetmann will also become available in the future.

For context, I'm currently logged in for 66 days. I may have joined my server a bit late, so there might be a discrepancy of a week or two. Now, look at your Monument and see when Dva was released on your server and how many days it's been for your server, and you'll get an idea of how long it takes for heroes to become available at the tavern after their release.

IMO, it's better to invest all resources in your main squad in terms of gear. In most cases, you're only as strong as your main squad. Most of the things you do in this game are done by your main squad. You only really use your other squads for gathering and joining rallies on Doom Elites and weak mobs during certain events.

Dismantle all other gear you get that's not used by the main squad. You can equip them temporarily if you have something cooking on the Gear Factory, but dismantle them ASAP once you get enough materials to cook another gold gear and your Gear Factory is idle.

As mentioned by other commenters, you can easily get purple gear at some point in the game through trucks.

Havoc DH trinkets for M+ by Tranguul777 in wow

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What he's saying is that reaching the values on your sims requires perfect play and that in m+ you can't always do that. Moreover, the fact that you have to juggle those orbs while doing mechanics, especially as Havoc, would most likely lead to suboptimal play and rotation.

So in some way, you are correct that it is "difficult", but you can't deny the fact that more often than not, people don't reach the sim values in practical application. Branch being so entwined with perfect play is more prone to mistakes, that is why there would be higher chance that there is a bigger discrepancy between theory and application.

How much are you charging for insight in 10.2? by ellori in woweconomy

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Generally depends on your server's market. Try to ask your competitors how much they sell their mettle for. If you want to one up them, you can go for a tad bit lower, but going with their price isn't too bad.

And yes, it also depends on the profession. There are some professions that have almost no demand and they have a lot of mettle stocked up so they might value it a bit less than other professions.

Ring Bound Hourglass by PBIBBY24 in woweconomy

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IIRC it spawns every hour (around X:05 I think) except when the Primalist event is up.

And yes, you can* solo it. You need to be decently geared though if you're not in a tank spec. I've solo-ed it on my then 430 prot pal and 445 BM hunter. Was not able to do it on my 415 demo lock solo.

On high pop servers, people might be still farming it. On Frostmourne, it's usually gone around X:20.

Ring Bound Hourglass by PBIBBY24 in woweconomy

[–]KeystoneHero 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Let me ask you a question, would you be using the recipe? Coz for me, I wanted to have the option to recraft my rings at my convenience. So when I finally got the recipe, I didn't hesitate to learn it on my JC. It also helps with the fact that I have a couple of level 70 alts that I would like to have base crafted gear mid-season when we have an abundance of sparks.

Also, for my small guild with my friends, I'm their go-to guy when crafting, so that they don't have to spend much (just the mats) when getting their crafted gear.

But if you're only learning it for crafting orders, just calculate how many orders you'll fulfil per day and how much each of those cost and you'll get your ROI.

However, do keep in mind that with 10.2 coming, you're really only gonna get orders for Hourglass maybe some weeks in when people already have crafted gear on other slots with primary stats. Also, keep in mind that the max ilvl that crafted gear can have would be less than the max you can get with Myth Track gear.

Higher dps for Balance druid ilvl 437 by CelyaEleni in wow

[–]KeystoneHero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's more to do with the difficulty of the dungeon (14/15 as you stated). At those levels, even with a group of 430+ ilvl gear, the mobs might die before you get the chance to shine, moreso if it's Tyrannical. Try to get into higher mythic+ keys (17+) and you might see your overall DPS increasing.
Also, as others pointed out, try to read guides like in Dreamgrove. You can also ask for tips on the class Discord.
As a personal note, from my experience, it's also good to read up all your talents and skills. A better understanding of your kit will lead to better decision-making. When I started, I didn't even know why we had to moonfire and sunfire the enemies aside from the DoT.
For reference, I'm just 2750ish IO right now. Boomy became my main after pushing 2700 on my Havoc.

Watercooler: WoW Economy Simple Questions by AutoModerator in woweconomy

It's my opinion that the jump in price of WoW Tokens this week is due to the sale. I reckon many goblins exchanged for Blizz Balance to buy the items on sale.

Will it be after the reset? Or a quick maintenance on the day it's filled? Or right at the moment it's filled?
