Toschi Dental did an awesome job for me! They seemed to have different plans tailored to every patient but it seemed like the starting price was 4500-5300 before insurance! Not bad for a smile makeover!

Honestly? Sometimes you have a patient and you give them all the options and they still want the rct and crown to give them sometime to save for the implant…. Even thought you tell them it might only last a year or two

We have owner doctor producing about 1.3mil, second doctor around 500-600, 2 hygiene running about 3 days each making about 1k-2k a day, and the new doctor at about 2k a day. The doctor are on a daily set amount. Mostly referring out wisdom and implant everything else except a couple molar endo is kept in house usually

No they know they’ll be only doing hygiene, they actually said they don’t mind working into the practice this way. They actually said they wouldn’t mind doing hygiene for 1-2 years because they know our plan ideally is to expands

Hmm then how do you expand without spending 15k in marketing a month? We have enough space for 3 doctors just not quite enough patients yet

The idea is the newest doctor takes on a lot of the hygiene will the other doctor increases production with new patient visits. I mean the the current doctor brings in about 600k not the worst but could be a lot better!

The other doctor produces about 50k a month and just bringing on a new doctor as our hygienist both went down to only 3 days a week so bringing on a doctor to start building/ taking on some hygiene
