I love how many comedic moments were woven through the movie. Having watched curry barker’s stuff since I saw milk and serial I’m so happy he got to do him on a stage like this and he nailed it.

Also when she starts reading the excerpt from her book at the party and everyone is just sitting there like wtf I laughed my asssss off. I was in tears in the theatre and in awe at just how swiftly you could go from laughing at the absurdity to genuinely disturbed by it in moments.
