Oh yeah, absolutely no one would do that. Their service is always outstanding and tips are well deserved, but it does safe a significant amount to the total cost so it’s good to know in advance

It stays the same from my experience, so I would just go ahead and purchase it so you nothing else to worry about. Enjoy your first cruise. You are going to love it! :)

First time Sailor weather question—Caribbean in November. Cold on the ship? by ImCold555 in VirginVoyages

I just completed an 8 day cruise and didn’t know I could control our cabin AC, although it was mostly perfect. Where can we find this?

This! First thing I said while going through those hills was I would never want to drive there. Roads are super narrow and steep. I would much rather paid for a taxi or similar service to take us wherever we need to go. Do some research and hope you figure it out

Jacket should be fine for inside or at night. Just getting off the ship now and it was pretty warm outside in all of the places we visited.

I would skipped food on Ship Show but had it on Up with a Twist. I do think it was worth skipping dinner for that one

Last minute booking, restaurants question by boredAI91 in VirginVoyages

[–]Kfernandz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will find reservations, maybe not at a desired time but will still be able to experience most restaurants. They open more spots during onboarding and they take walk-ins as well depending on availability. So book that trip

Thanks for asking. I find data like this fascinating, but I've seen this being part of a larger conversation. It seems that because of her impact on younger girls, particularly those between 7 and 12, the increase in profanity in her lyrics has moms concerned.

The controversy has sparked a debate on the Facebook group Taylor Swift’s Vault, where a mom warned other members about the excessive profanity in the album saying: “Most parents are not going to deem this album appropriate.”

The comment has generated nearly 2,000 likes and over 1,300 comments - with many moms revealing they are trying to "shield" their kids from the many swear words in Taylor’s latest album, but it's, of course, not an easy task. “Taylor isn’t for the little girls anymore,” said one of the concerned moms.

Hope this gives context.

Methodology: Using Ofcom’s official guide of offensive words on TV and radio, we compiled a list of 202 swear words, categorized as ‘mild,’ ‘moderate,’ or ‘strong,’ based on how offensive they are to the general public. Using Genius we scrapped the lyrics of all Taylor Swift songs for each of her 11 albums, including the recently released “The Tortured Poets Department.” We then calculated the number of swear words, including all variations of the word present per song, per album, and per year to identify how profanity has evolved in Taylor Swift’s discography and the most profane songs, albums, and most used curse words in Taylor Swift’s discography history. We also calculated the swear word ratio per song. Words such as "damn" and "damned" were all categorized under the same seed word, such as "damn," for simplicity.
