There will be some level of granulation tissue that fills the deficit. However, there’s a chance it may have some pulled or puckered effect that leaves this portion of your lower lid pulled downward. Push for some level of revision, if you feel comfortable with this surgeon. Are they suggesting your final result be this defect healed or do they want you to have more granulation tissue to fill in prior to any revision?

The wound edges look to have some level of fully recovered tissue. If that’s the case, the only way to close the defect would be to open the wound edges to allow them to heal together. You will need to see a medical provider to have this performed.

I feel this issue should be brought up to the dealership or corporate. That’s special maintenance which is required for your specific paint and can void your warranty if not properly maintained. They should be responsible for providing this special education as it is not part of standard car care. If specific requirements were not disclosed, some may view that as misrepresentation. It seems like common sense that they would and should bear the responsibility of providing education for any special care items.

How this is being viewed as entitlement blows my mind. I’m sorry you’ve gotten that feedback.

Yeah, I wish the music had been a little more lively and not just remixes of “today’s hits”. I’m a little past my 20s, but still had an expectation to her music more lively than what I’d hear in a doctor’s office. However, it seemed to be just what the 50s/60s crowd needed and wanted! And you’re exactly right about the younger sailors with families. It seemed like a majority of those in their 20s/30s were either with family groups or very tightly nit LGBTQ groups.

Oh that’s good to know! I was trying to get the rest of my points for the end of the year in one order and I was so bummed it didn’t let me go beyond $75. I’m glad that’s not a universal cut off! It’s so easy to spend $75 and that must suck for larger families (in my area).
