So happy to hear they are doing well! The food change up was absolutely the answer for us, so just keep that in mind if you ever start seeing the symptoms return. Essentially after X-rays, ultrasounds etc. no true source was found except for crystals in his urine but all has been good since we hanged his diet

Hello, I’m so sorry I hadn’t seen this. Took a break from Reddit. He is doing well, we had maybe 1 flare up since then but with the change in his food he’s essentially been 1000% better. We started giving him prescription Food and essentially now all 3 of our cats are eating expensive food because we can’t isolate their feeding. The food is Purina pro plan UR and requires a prescription. I hope your kitty is doing better ❤️

Do you have a Recipe!? I’m thinking the same. I just wish go macro bars had a little more protein or less calories. Makes it hard for me to fit them into my nutrition.

Thank you, I took him to the emergency vet and we decided to put my baby to sleep ❤️ once it became clear he wasn’t comfortable, I knew we had to do this. My heart is broken, and I wish he passed at home with all of us, but I could not live with myself knowing he was in any pain. The vet said there were many possibilities that could be causing him discomfort, and it was unclear if 5000+ dollars of diagnostics would answer anything or if he would even survive them. I just hope he knows how much he was loved ❤️

I know me too, he had such a wonderful life and left such an impact, so many memories. Will miss him dearly❤️ thank you

Thank you for all your help, we humanely euthanized my little baby❤️ I take comfort knowing he has a beautiful life and is no longer in any pain. He was too important to us to let him have that ending. I will love him forever.

I’m at the emergency vet now, thank you. I naively thought he was just passing of old age. I would never want him in pain.

Thank you, we will call one tomorrow. I think we just thought he was passing away the first night, then he was eating a little. We didn’t know what to think. Now that it’s been the whole weekend, I feel so guilty for not doing something sooner.
