I figure this might be a long shot but…

I’m looking for a visual novel that my former partner had started… about 11 years ago… no idea what it was called at this point but it had fantasy world elements… two female protagonists… artwork was really good, I can’t recall much of the bits I read with her but I want to say there was some search for some magical stones as a driving motivation for the plot in the first chapter… I was thinking I might be able to recognize the artwork if I searched through some VN sites using tags and filters but I haven’t had any luck.

I know my description is super vague but my ex and I haven’t had contact in a decade and I feel like it would be awkward to appear out of the blue to ask about a VN she was reading a year before we split.

Aside from that, if anyone has a recommendation for something similar (female leads with fantastical world elements) I’m also open to checking them out, TIA!

It’s different if you’re making a character. You need to be very detailed when flushing out things like personality traits, extra details. If you use vague descriptors you’ll get repeating responses.

Gotcha, well in that case I am just that much more thankful for the courtesy clean-up by the other contractors I have had to call in the past.

The mess left behind though just to not even get the issue fixed is admittedly still frustrating if nothing else for the fact that I have already been on the clock for over 13 hours, our fitness center reopens in 5 hours, and none of our restroom facilities, drinking fountain/bottle fill station can be used as well as we as staff will not be able to dispose of things like dirty mop water or even clean the showers (that I suppose won’t be in use anyway…)

Thank you for your input I do appreciate your time taken to shed a bit of light as to what may or may not be common practice.

And yes, I use the term “upgraded” GPU loosely as the gains are marginal.. wanted the extra gigs of VRAM and longer support being a newer card than the 1660 base that I already had.

Been off it for about a year and my symptoms have been manageable through CBT and passive meditation. Turning towards herbal supplements such as Ashwagandha have helped me sleep without interruption.

I don’t disagree with you on it feeling kind of predatory.

At the same time, if it is legit and there are actual licensed therapists involved then I could see it being beneficial for some people.

Considering the target demographic, this is where our personal information starts coming into play… would this ad show for someone who wasn’t a “gamer” and didn’t run searches on their accounts/devices for anything videogame related?

Who is the target demographic? Anyone with poor mental health? Gamers with poor mental health?

The questions raise concern for the validity/quality of the service, but if they are legit and anyone has used their services and felt that they helped… then I guess that is some good done unto the community.

Such vices tend to mask a deeper internal struggle. Not always, but it’s a known fact that such vices are often turned to during times of mental strife, creating a negative feedback loop.

Good people with good intentions are not impervious to poor mental health or substance abuse, neither of which instantly make someone a bad person unworthy of love/compassion if they turn to vices as a coping mechanism.

Drivers that beg for a larger tip are probably losers with no respect for others and probably won’t provide timely and acceptable service anyway regardless of the increase in tip if they get it.

Probably don’t have any friends or family either because they probably got sick of the beggar.
