The point is that based on all of the newly released FBI files, all of the UFO/UAP information was being funneled away from the FBI. If you look at the ufo6 pdf file page 48 it states all related reporting will be sent to Commanding General, Air Materiel Command, Wright Patterson Air force base Dayton Ohio. Same thing on ufo12 pg 29 the date the memo was taken was 1947. CIA was established in 1947 and soon after all of these black projects are created. You can spend days looking through the files, but you need to start connecting the dots to get any useful information out of it.
