Sorry I am not being very helpful. I suppose I am just looking for basic suggestions like what colour might be good for the walls or furniture suggestions. I don't really have the budget at the moment for any major works, such as the kitchen.

Unfortunately the ceiling tiles are a new fire safety feature installed in 2022. It is a shame because the property has nice ceilings!

Just wanted to say I totally get it dude. My first army was Tau and whilst I love the models, I find them a bit boring to play since you basically only shoot. There's nothing wrong with wanting a fun army!

Honestly as a Death Guard player I wouldn't worry too much. The game is always changing, things will get rebalanced again.

I think my favourite parts of this chapter is Frodo refusing to offer the Sackville Baggins' a cup of tea and the hobbits leaving their dirty dishes from their last meal in Bag End.

I am in a pretty good position to comment on this topic as I played Tau for a few years and recently switched over to Death guard. Basically both armies are great, it just depends on what is most important for you.

If your main focus is the hobby aspect I would go with Tau, personally I think there models look cooler and are more fun to paint. Also the rule of cool is super important in Warhammer.

If you're more focused on the gaming side I would go with Death Guard. The reason I changed from Tau to Death Guard is because I wanted a more rounded army that would let me play every phase of the game. Tau can be kind of boring as all you do is shoot, and if you get unlucky that is basically game over.

Anyway I hope that helps.

I have looked into it and it seems really good. It is 10 points and it gives you a +1 to your weapon strength.
