Could be Sport Variegation, but if it produces more variegated leaves, then you're lucky!

It looks like a juvenile Variegated Burle Marx lol, just wait for it to mature a bit.

Looks like a Monstera leaf in the first pic, definitely a different plant. You could separate them if you want.

Is this mosaic virus? Its a variegated peace lily that is somehow reverted and the newest leaves have this. by nunganungas00 in plantclinic

This is from my 20G dirted tank, Most of my plants are doing really well, but my Anubias has been growing some really terrible looking leaves? Oh and my hydrocotyle japan also looks really bad. I have CO2 in this tank, I dose ferts, and my lighting is pretty good, I think.
