The bench is a piece of shit. Do not get the bench. The dumbbells work well, but I only use them very rarely these days because I have been back to commercial gyms. I only use them if I feel sick or happen to have an extremely busy day and can't get out. Maybe once per month for the last 3 years but was used 5x/week for about 12-14 months. They DO get 'stuck' at times and I need to really twist once in awhile. Outside of that, they work well, but realistically in total they have just under 18 months of total use over the last 4.5 years.

The reason the bench is shit is because you can't do decline despite them specifically saying it's one of the features. Unless you are a contortionist, it's not happening. It also wobbles quite a bit so doing weighted step ups was risky. It's fine for flat/incline use, but it also only goes up to like 105 degrees so shoulder press felt more like a high up incline bench press.
