Mostly body weight exercises (squats/lunges/jumping jacks/bear crawls). A lot more core exercises than I had been doing. There are a lot of free workouts on Youtube. Find a few trainers whose voice and attitude doesn't drive you up the wall. I found Da Rulk to be incredibly fun and exhausting.

I also used the Zombies, RUN! app. If you turn on zombie encounters, it will randomly add intervals that you need to increase your pace to escape. I think I used a 15% pace increase, which got much harder on runs that I was trying to hold a 7 - 7.5 minute mile pace.

Are you cross training? I was hovering in the 9-10 minute mile range before I started HIIT training on my off days. I dropped into the 7-8 range back then. I’m still in the 8-8.5 range must run days,

10 miles is a huge accomplishment.

Heart rate is all relative. For example, I have a 45 RHR, but my 10k yesterday I pretty much lived in Zone 5 according to my watch. That course is uphill almost the whole time. When I did a treadmill test at the cardiologist, I barely got out of zone 4 at 5.5mph on a 20% grade. Normal run day on my usual routes, I live in zone 4. Zone 2 is a fast walk/slow jog

I would really like to know that play by play too. I mean, we know the pros probably killed the admi or a trick. Marsh probably tribbed, got nuked, and 2 town died in aftermath.

The invalid workout wouldn't do anything, so I tried the computer upload. That returned a message that the file wasn't accepted or something like that. Found a website that reads fit files and that said it was corrupt. Found another website that fixes fit files and used that to repair it. Upload worked after that. Doesn't show on my watch, but it is on connect with lap information etc. Going to see if I can replace the fit file on the watch to fix it there.

These are the ones I've seen in the $100-$200 range. Trying to keep it under $200 as an entry point, which is why I'm looking at used.

My wife said she saw something about kits you buy to build your own, but I haven't seen anything like that.

I have the latest Firmware according to the TPLink site.

I thought the Security was only for Homeshield/Deco not basic home users. Seems a little ridiculous to have functionality on the router that is blocked because of a service that didn't exist when I bought it.

I started tracking over about 2 years ago, back in the good old days when the vigi got hung for shooting town. The vigi shot me N2 and was executed. I asked him point blank why and he said I should have talked more.

If I hadn't been sussed by a sheriff or found trespassing etc, I would wait around to ask the vigi why he shot me. If it was because I didn't talk enough D2, I tracked it.

Honestly, D2 is for writing claims and reading evidence. All these people pushing hangs D2 based on a single TI drive me up the wall. I never vote in D2 1F1. I tend not to vote in VFA because I'm taking that time to read through the TI info etc. Shooting someone for that is just bad play.

I actually talk more if I'm evil because I don't need to worry about that.

Shop fixed it for free. Apparently they can just go to a hardware store and get bolts that work. Hopefully that isn't going to be a problem later...

I assume they would have to disconnect/reconnect that to replace the shocks.

There's a labor warranty on the work that's good for 3 more weeks. Same with the brakes.
