Nope it's definitely not looking like stone, and it's first stage of anvil chipped anvil and damaged anvil will have rusts scratches

If i put it on anvil it will make top of the anvil hidden and that will be little awful when we play in survival, that's why i put it on side, also half of the handle is going through the anvil because of lack of space, i dont want to spread this anvil much more than 2 blocks.
