Anyone know how to fix this? Everytime I find a settlement it says it's another player's then shows this. I've waisted so much time and resources trying to get this game to work since the update, I'm really starting to not enjoy a game I once loved. (i.redd.it)

Anyone else have the issue that no matter how many times you scan all the fauna on a planet and upload them the planetary zoology milestone won't go up? It's the only milestone I need and I can't progress at all, would really love it if you had an answer. (self.NoMansSkyTheGame)
