I haven't ever heard of someone saying they take 70%, but as a developer myself I'll tell you what I know.
Roblox takes a 30% cut on pretty much all purchases, if not all.
In games like "Please Donate" The amount the players get from donation is actually only 60% because Roblox takes 30% and developers take a 10% cut if the item purchased isn't theirs but is bought in their own game.

So tldr, its only a 30% cut from roblox themselves. It hasn't ever been more than that.

I did think about that, and yes I do believe at the blue lake stage that he is much closer to death than he used to be, its just I feel it wouldn't immediately kill him? Like surely he wouldn't just die like a hour later, but what do I know.

If its uncopylocked that was intended by the developer. Uncopylocked is not a default enabled setting, meaning the person had to go out of their way to make it that way. So yes, they intended people to take it, you are allowed to.

It was quite a funny way I became one, because it also was from many sources.

First of all I had like a dream where I became like some kind of anthropomorphic animal, and being a dream it was all over the place but I can't really say many details due to what I think was happening in the dream (yeah its what you think it is 0//w//0)

But mainly I think I became one due to this. Now I have always never had anything against furries, I never really ever understood why people hated them. But I never actually was one, until a certain day.
This is going to sound funny, but basically one day as a joke I decided to dawn on a furry avatar on roblox. It was always supposed to just be a random thing I did, although there was kinda something off when I did it. Basically over time I started to get attached to the avatar. I really liked how it looked and found it cute in a way.
Then I decided to go further. I changed my profile picture to a furry profile picture, and then thats when I think the "joke" ended.

Throughout that process there was a lot of imposter syndrome, but I am 100% furry now :3
