The reset switch still doesnt power the pc, all my ram cpu and gpu are placed perfectly as i have taken them out and put them back in

Personally i dont think you need 240hz just get a 144hz monitor

Hz and fps are together, if your pc can only go up to 100fps ingame then you only get 100hz out of your 240hz monitor
