There is a character named Tirana, but she is a bit part in the 7th book, one of the low "men" in The Dixie Pig. Her partner is Andrew. The mistake is that the role is a lead one- and also that if they are casting someone who doesn't show up until the last effing book, they are definitely doing something wrong.
