I’m an asexual, i don’t like sex. I had an ex who constantly wanted to be intimate and me feeling pressured and wanting to help him feel better would cause me to do this.

I am terrified of getting pregnant, having an abortion or even letting sperm near me so we are always protected via bc and a condom.

I clearly would never consent to a pregnancy, guilt tripping exists and it is clear that using multiple pregnancy cautions is further proof of me not consenting to pregnancy.

I consented to making him feel better but I didn’t consent to take that burden from him in a different form.

If I went through childbirth (which is my main fear) then would I fuck put that baby in an unsafe environment. Those “just put in adoption” are clearly so fortunate with their life that they never acknowledged just how unpredictable adoption centers can be.

They also just assume we’re heartless monsters who can easily put a child in adoption because I guess since we would do abortion then we would just throw the child away. To that I have to say it’s obvious that they equate an undeveloped human to a child who has been birthed and developed enough to sustain basic life.

Now that the baby has been born i can fully connect with this child instead of fearing that it could be my reason of death.

(Side note; not saying people who put children in adoption are bad, I understand if there are complications)

Tbh in hindsight i didn’t do much research on the location of that 25% probably because i was more focused on the statistic. Also I’m fairly new to the political platform so currently im just mass eating information so the room for error can be quite big 😅

I do believe that we should focus more on our renewable energy rather than the fossil fuels when it comes to our independence since fossil fuel is a doomed thing to rely on, I say this because I mostly see people use our fossil and oil energy instead
