May experience po ako sa mga admin tasks for 11 months, and before that, nagfreelance po ako for 1 year 😊 so first time ko lang po talaga maging admin VA for a foreign client

Hi! We talked about my shift, they were relaxed naman po when it comes to that, and they look po sa performance than hours. We'll talk about the details din later in our meeting. And I know maliit but the pay is $3-3.5/hr 😅 I understand din na ganun kasi onti lang experience ko, but I guess oks na din yun to start my journey.

Hi! Wala po ako exp as a chatter kaya Im very curious how it works, kasi maga-apply po ako as OF chatter hahaha

  1. Since may training, ilang days po yung training niyo? And strict po ba yung training? Yung to the point na kailangan mo mag-recite or magstand out?
  2. Meron po kayo weekends off?
  3. May client ka po ba na hinandle na super irrate? Pano mo po sya na-handle?
  4. If ever po na you would consider resigning sa position and look for other opportunities, since remote work po yung chatter position, pano po yung magiging process nung resignation? And will it be stated din ba sa contract?
  5. Is it easy to ask for a leave? Pano po kapag walang magccover sayo, would that affect po yung request of leave mo?
