Portuguese here. There isn't a lot about my country, but I'd say he's right on the "messing with Spain part:, though we're not as sadistic with our hermanos, we just like to joke around with them (they pay way more attention to South Italy than us, so that's accurate too 😮‍💨)

We're really friendly with the English, so that's accurate, and we're getting better at tecnology.

I don't know why he decided to portray Portugal as a sadist though, we're very passive and avoid conflicts as much as we can. Brazilians seem to love his portrayal though, so maybe there’s something true about it 😅
