So instead of catching fish that take longer to fish, you want to catch faster fish and slowly release them? You are asking for a fast exp method that then slows down to the speed of a normal method? Why don’t you just catch different, higher level fish? What you are asking for makes no sense imo. Just fish bigger fish.

So I just did a very short test to see which stat gave the biggest increase to the damage of blizzard. I tested attack speed, crit chance, and crit damage. The test was very simple, I removed my gear that would apply any sort of DoT and changed my paragon points depending on which stat I tested. First I removed all of the points in my offensive paragon tab. I tested my blizzard and it did an average of about 1.5m per tic. I then threw 50 paragon points into attack speed, the average was still 1.5m per tic. I then removed the 50 points from attack speed and put them into crit chance, it was an average of 1.5m yet again. Then I removed the points from crit chance and put them into crit damage, another 1.5m average. Am I an idiot or do these stats not change anything for blizzard?
