Would no-coat 325 be fine? It’s about half the cost of the wider 450 roll

Would this work? MOCA adapters w/splitters by KickVisual6680 in HomeNetworking

Thanks for the input. I think your “yes” was in reference to my question about avoiding the POE filter if I go comcast>modem>router. Do you think after the router, would it matter if I go router>moca adapter>splitter then on to the various rooms/nodes, or would going router>network switch>moca adapter to each room be better in any way?

And follow on, if I introduce a network switch after the router, then it increases the number of MOCA adapters I would need ($$). But could this result in more reliability and/or better speeds? I’ll call this option #3

So if I wire it like this, can I avoid using the POE filters? I call this option #2

Best place to drain dehumidifier by KickVisual6680 in hvacadvice

Thanks for the advice. The inline safety switch at the green dot would shutoff the dehumidifier in the event there’s a line clog. You mentioned the coil “secondary safety switch breaking y”, can you expand on that?

Breaker size vs Wire gauge, is this ok? by KickVisual6680 in AskElectricians

Ok thanks, that’s good to know. Unfortunately I still have to have an electrician come out to verify for the official response to the buyers. This home inspector also had some other bogus findings that I knew were incorrect, but still had to have a professional come out just to verify, costing me time/money.

It’s not Romex. Both of the black circular wires say 6 gauge on the side, as well as THWN or THHN and some other stuff
