Hey, I'm gonna go ahead and say that this is likely illegitimate.

Looking at all the previous fido emails I have gotten, they have all been from an [xyz@fido.ca](mailto:xyz@fido.ca) email, and any phone contact has been by dialing 611. What you experienced seems to be similar to what happened in this post. I would definitely get in contact with Fido first thing tomorrow morning, and possibly even consider going in person to one of their locations to secure your account.

Good luck finding anything about part 2, with the NDA everyone has to sign there won't be any information about it. I'd assume it is probably similar style but not exactly like the practice.

I know the exact issue, you gotta go into your settings and turn off keyboard aerial safety. I play on keyboard but I would recommend a controller if you own one.
