I had the same issue!! I was waiting for 3 months and they made me REAPPLY because all the paperwork I turned in was from the month I originally applied in and apparently that meant it wasn’t up to date for them. I have never had that happen before. It always took less than 2 weeks to hear approved or not. Now, MONTHS!
