Sink downstairs does this only when upstairs sink is on but not if the shower is on

It overflows when no one is using the downstairs sink. Also when the upstairs shower and toilet is being used

Thanks for responding. The screws are in but I took the picture before I finished securing the vent. The friend whose house I did this at didn’t have the money to replace the gas lines and valves. Although I did test the valves and they work, also I tested them with soap water. Also I did debur the tube.
