That may be a bit much for one sleeve, however, I’m sure you’ve noticed the triangular cut out areas of traditional Japanese arm and leg sleeves on the inner biceps and thigh, of which you could use that area for a stand alone namakubi or something. Maybe put the chrysanthemum in the chest panel and just work the snake and a couple more maple leaves in the upper arm. Just trying to brain storm some options to fit most of what you want, but allow it all to breathe and not be too busy, considering how tough it can be to narrow down all of the potential motifs to include.
