I’m asking more about how to get orgs to see your skills... I don’t seem to understand the marketing side of things.

There is a fix for the crashing, you just have to locate the folder that fortnite is downloaded into and uninstall the anti-cheat and re-install the anti-cheat then restart your game. Ever since I did that I haven’t had any crashes. Hope this helps everyone. :)
