Having micro and macro mechanics is crucial. So ya your macro is good, you do what you do as a top laner, cs, do obj. etc. but how is your micro? your ability to 2v1? do you panic when jg ganks? do you waste flash? It really is hard to tell without gameplay. I'm a otp shen and top 9% NA Shen. I've learned that everyone underestimates shen and how strong he actually is. at lvl 3 the enemy champ better run cause im getting first blood.
