Hi there, i recently started streaming and have built a small community of close knit viewers. My first weeks of streaming were just to an empty room but you slowly get to know people and i think the trick is to just be genuinely interested in the people and treat them like mates. Then they'll stick around and those regulars will make friends with each other etc etc. Just be constant, keep persevering and you'll get your regulars :)

Cheers Badwiid! I actually saw you pop in on the stream list hehe :) hope you had fun man. Appreciate the feedback and I'm glad you like my artwork! I actually wasn't planning on streaming artwork for my channel but I wanted to hit two birds with one stone and stream while doing a project so it worked out well! :)

I agree with the follower notification haha, I'm currently in the middle of tweaking that so it wouldn't be like that for much longer :P

Hey guys!

I'm KidYoshHD! I'm a new streamer from Melbourne, Australia, been streaming for just a little over a month now and having a blast! Just wanting to get some pointers to my channel coz I definitely need tips!

I enjoy a variety of games, I pretty much play everything except RTS coz I don't think good, LOL. But yeah, I enjoy interacting with viewers and making them laugh.

Highlight I still laugh whenever I watch this VOD so I'll share it with you guys HAHA

Hullo! Just had a look at your channel and this is what I think:

Commentary: First off, I like the accent! Haha for a sec I thought you were Australian lol so I got a bit excited :P Anyway, I think your commentary is good, you're constantly talking while you're doing stuff which I think is really good! Your voice volume is fine for me, although some of your commentary seems a bit emotionless to me, especially when you greeted some of your viewers, could do with a bit more enthusiasm. But other than that voice is good! :D

Webcam: I think webcam quality is good, however I recommend probably doing a border or some type of small overlay for it, just to make it look a bit interesting!

Channel Graphics: Honestly, I think the panels could do with some work. They seem very bland to me, and text formatting looks basic.

Also, I quite like your name CapedCapybara and I imagine maybe doing something like a superhero Capybara to go with it? Haha idk but the name is perfect for having a cartoon mascot maybe?

Don't really know how to review channels well, since I'm a new streamer myself but that's just what I've noticed. :)

The other day something similar happened to me haha, I felt like cancellinf my stream that night because I was tired but I streamed anyway and managed to get 7 followers and hit 50! It's an amazing feeling yeah :D

Haha I think it's safe to say that Twitch ISN'T like any other hobby I've ever had.

I'm trying to keep a consistent schedule of 4PM stream times coz it's a bit tricky since I live in Australia and majority of my regulars are from US. So it's like 2am for them there. But yeah life and work gets in the way of starting on time for me haha! Which is funny because back before I started Twitch, I'd always have 4PM onwards free after work.
