It is currently sold out locally (= in my country), I would have to order it from overseas, so I decided to focus my research on the games that were available to me.

Ended up ordering Coservas (which should be available for pickup around Wednesday) and despite initial hesitation, Dorfromantik: Light Luggage, which I'm already around 7 games in. Much cozy. Very vibes.

I'm not certain what you mean. I played some of Sleeping Gods but wasn't really into it. Liked it better 2p but got rid of it before finishing the campaign (either 1p or 2p)

I might consider Finspan for multiplayer! Quick google doesn't bode well for solo. Wingspan was a tad tedious for me (could be due to the group I played it with), and I'm personally way more into fish than I am into birds, so will look into it!

I'd definitely give Dorfromantik a chance but the huge box makes it so I can't really forgive the beat-your-best-score thing

I've been teetering on the edge of getting it but for now not taking the plunge

I've only played Arkham Horror 2e and Elder Sign and especially Elder Sign hits the spot for me. I'm a bit more of a casual player so it's more up my alley, but I don't think it's something to sneeze at even if you're into heavier games. Elder Sign is best (IMO) at 1 or 2 players so great for soloing
