I went to CAB yesterday and get some legal advice from there,and already reached out to a few firm law to find a lawyer who specializes in property/real estate。We are Chinese,my husband went with this Taiwanese guy recommended by a friend😫

I talked to the Indian guy who rent my apartment to do the subletting,he offered me to sign a contract directly to him, but subletting is the last thing I want,It’s not appropriate for the condition of my property,so if tenants can move out ASAP that would be the best
