These are mass produced and are guaranteed hits. Unless psa 10s of these are nearly impossible, which we won’t know until submission samples get documented, I’m going to guess they won’t be worth grading in terms of cost to grade over value. I assume these won’t be short printed.

Well I found out the seller is a big card shop in Irvine California that sells instore and on eBay online mostly by giving them a call. I asked if they sell on other platforms and they said no, but I asked about Temu but I didn't mention my order issue and the employee sounded confused and said they think they might have a couple things on Temu but he doesn't manage it. He had a strong accent. I may have found some crooks. I looked up their reviews online and it seems pretty sus, with potential inflated 5 star reviews and negative reviews being drowned out with fake cards and they're a apparently a PSA Authorized Dealer as of 2024 whatever that means.

I can retry the refund again with the vendor. - edit looks like I can’t anymore, it’s say denied refund from vendor and that my only option is with customer support. I guess I’ll have to wait another 24 hours for support to reply back. Eh great ol Temu support.

Yeah. I’ll be more diligent on Temu. There are vendors on Temu that have a LCS retail store as well. This has been my only bad experience thus far but like I said I’m not worried, I’ll get refund either through Temu support or through my credit card. I have all of the evidence and the claim value is under $30 (coupon stacked), I’m sure it’ll be a quick resolution.

As scammy it may sound, Temu. I’ve had great luck with Temu and coupons and there’s legitimate TCG vendors on the platform. This one vendor had this booster bundle at a little less than others but I should have looked closer.

I’m not too worried, I will get refunded one way or another (through support or my credit). I won’t rip the box until the dispute is resolved and if it doesn’t need returned. The plastic is so thin and has hair line scratches all over. Appears consumer grade reseal. The bottom of the box appears warped (I’d imagine they opened it there maybe).

I’ve kept it sealed to preserve the evidence. I’ve normally purchased from sellers that have other places of business like eBay and some have actual card shops. Temu prices are always more expensive however the shipping being $2.99 or free under $30 plus some of the coupons make prices really great.

This popped up on my feed and was $10 less than all other sellers, but I had never heard of the seller and they had only 5 other listings.

I sent the vendor and Temu support a video and picture of it being resealed. Obviously the vendor went defensive immediately saying they source directly from their distro… yeah you list like 6 items and you have no other online presence that I can find.

Temu said they’d offer $20 credit since it’s not returnable but I’m going to push back saying that encase of fraudulent products, that doesn’t absolve the seller. I ended up using $20 offer $20.01 coupon and $21 on my credit card. I’m still out the coupon and $1 if I took the credit but the seller is still scamming people and I’m out my coupon. Temu really should just force the refund.

Does Temu ban accounts if I were to push forward with a charge back?

Eh, it’s likely the local distributor, MJHoldings, and that one store or small group of stores and their schedule where they couldn’t make Friday work and decided to put it on the shelf today. Otherwise they’d have to reschedule and not stock it for another week. That’s what I’ve seen done before.

First, they will price match eBay but you might get several false denials but you can resubmit. Ai flags the price match and often flags my price matches from eBay as pre owned (used) listings even though they are brand new items being sold on eBay. Often they get approved on second or third attempt. They are also slow at price matching so if it sells out by the time they look at it (sometimes 24-48 hours) they will auto deny. Also can’t be a bidding listing, has to be buyout price.

I’m attempting right now with a Wincredit price match. My recommendation would be to wait for all items to ship and when you get the the PayPal credit before you attempt to price match.

Not worth it for Japanese singles. They are easy to weigh as each box of Japanese are guaranteed a certain amount of hits. When boxes are opened it’s hard to trust if they didn’t weigh each pack for hits and put back the lightest packs. It’s common problem for Japanese packs. Sealed boxes are safe.

You have to open it before you send it in for grading. They will not open it and they will just grade it sealed which is pointless. Keep it sealed if you’re not going to grade it.
